E-commerce Expert

We are looking for a driven internet sales expert to join our team in the North East. You will be a result driven super star and lead the expansion of our online platforms such as Ebay, Amazon, Etsy, Gumtree, etc.  You will execute all market place sales activities.


The Role:

  • To manage and grow our Ebay & Amazon sales and other ecommerce platforms
  • Expand our online sales by setting up, managing and growing other prominent online marketplaces
  • Work closely with our design and marketing team
  • Ensuring feedback and product rankings are optimised
  • Manage and analyse listings and content to ensure maximum visibility and sales
  • To manage sales by engaging and monitoring marketplace activities
  • Analyse product sales and channel performance to deliver optimum profitability and agree targets reporting to management.
  • Identify new product opportunities to grow sales
  • To work with our procurement team to source new product lines


Skills and Experience:

  • A proven history with ecommerce sales
  • SEO experience and a good understanding of keywords
  • Ebay and Amazon shop experience
  • Working knowledge of analytical and listing tools essential
  • Sales order and dispatch processing


Full time, 8:30am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Competitive package plus commission.



Educational Telesales Executive

We are looking for a motivated, experienced telesales executive who can develop and expand our sales department.  You will have experience within the Educational sector and have a strong back ground in telesales.

Developing and maintaining your own pipeline of sales activity, you will be tasked with increasing the customer base.

The ideal candidate will be proactive towards sourcing their own leads and target driven.


Other duties include: 

  • Generating leads and telemarketing
  • Providing feedback on market activity to the sales manager
  • Working closely with the Marketing team developing a strategy
  • Create, develop and nurture business opportunities
  • Updating CRM system


Full time, 8:30am – 5pm, Monday to Friday.

£8.50 per hour plus excellent commission package.



Sales Executive  – New Business Sales

The Role:

As a Sales Executive in our North East office you will be driven and self motivated.  You will have a proven track record of winning new business both nationally and within Europe.  A knowledge of CNC and laser equipment would be advantageous.  You will work on new business sales and dealer sales.

Technical Customer Support Service Advisor

We are looking for an experienced Technical Customer Support Service Advisor.  You will join and develop as part or our expanding customer service department.  This is an office based position in the North East to provide telephone support and customer care assistance.


Main responsibilities include:

  • A good knowledge of CNC Machines and Laser engravers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Technical telephone support and trouble shooting
  • Liaison between field engineers and customers
  • Customer care support
  • Efficient call logging
  • Problem solving and handling


The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • A recognised qualification in electrical/mechanical engineering
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent communication/administration and people skills
  • CAD, CAM knowledge preferred
  • Customer service experience essential
  • Problem analysis and qualification with full resolution

CNC Field Service Engineer

We are looking for a self motivated CNC Engineer to join our expanding technical support team.  You will be working for a well established company in the UK specialising in the sales, servicing, repair and maintenance of CNC machinery and Laser Cutter engravers.


You should have a strong background in providing comprehensive services to customers across a wide range of manufacturing sectors. These include education, signage and woodworking, metal and general industry.  We are widely expanding and currently have a number of vacancies available for experienced CNC Service Engineers looking to further develop their careers.


You will be responsible for installations, service, repairs and breakdowns of equipment at customer sites through out the UK and Europe.


Main Duties:

  • Installation and set up of CNC machines and Laser engravers
  • Provide service both nationally and in Europe
  • Electrical and Mechanical Fault Finding
  • Telephone and onsite technical support
  • Onsite customer training and housekeeping
  • Repair Machine Breakdowns


The successful candidate:

  • Experience of CNC Machines and laser engravers
  • Electrical & Mechanical Skills
  • Conversant in a variety of CNC control systems and machine types
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Willingness to travel is essential as is self motivation to work independently.


We are a North East base company however, this role is field based throughout UK and Europe.   You will be provided with a company vehicle, laptop, mobile phone and tools a competitive salary of £30,000 – £35,000 based on experience plus bonuses.
